Have you been diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or other psychosis, or are being treated with lithium therapy? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We are introducing a new service to support people living with these particular diagnoses to get their yearly physical health check. This is something that anyone living with any of the above illnesses is entitled to.

We understand that there can be many barriers to getting a physical health check, so we’d like to hear more from you on your experience of this.
