Our Service Update

We want to share some exciting news about our new charity. Richmond Fellowship and Humankind legally merged in the summer and as of 1 October 2024, we launched Waythrough with Aquarius as our subsidiary.

Waythrough combines the expertise of our two charities in mental health, alcohol and substance use, gambling and housing. Our vision is simple: To break down the barriers that stop people getting the support they need to live a life they value.  We aim to do this by bringing together services so people can access the support they need in one place. It’s going to take time to make this happen, but we’ve already started putting the foundations in place to make our vision a reality.

This is the start of a new chapter for us; we have a new name, new branding and new email addresses but for now, nothing will change, our services are running as usual.

• Rest assured, although our name has changed, our Richmond Fellowship email address still reaches us and our number hasn’t changed. Our new email address is redhillcc@waythrough.org.uk.

As always, the people we support remain our priority and our focus continues to be on delivering high quality services.

For now, our local website still looks very much the same, but we will be gradually making changes to reflect the new organisations name and branding.

Lastly, we would like to thank you for your continued support, especially during this transitional phase. Our strength relies on our relationships, and the warmth and encouragement that we have received has been overwhelming. We are very lucky to work with such amazing people in Surrey and we’re excited to bring you along on this journey with us. Thank you.
