Self Care Jar Workshop

On 6th February, our Self Care Jar Craft workshop provided a space for those we support to come along and create  jars of tips and ideas which, when the need arises, they could dip into and select something which would support them in that moment of need.

Robin created the creative jar below, with the tag reading “Brace! Brace! Brace”. Robin explains “‘Brace! Brace! Brace!’ is the instruction given to passengers if a plane is about to crash, so, if I think I’m about to crash, reach for the jar.”

What a wonderful analogy to explain the benefits of the self-care jar. Thank you Robin!
