Mental Health Awareness Week 2026
Small moments. Big impact.
Wellbeing doesn’t come from one-size-fits-all advice
Every year, Mental Health Awareness Week reminds us that mental health is not something that only matters during a crisis.
It lives in the small, everyday moments too — the cup of tea with someone who understands, the short walk that clears your head, the creative session that helps you breathe again, or simply knowing there’s a place where you’re welcome exactly as you are.
Wellbeing comes from connection, kindness, community and finding what genuinely helps you feel more like yourself again
At Waythrough, we know wellbeing doesn’t come from one-size-fits-all advice. It comes from connection, kindness, community and finding what genuinely helps you feel more like yourself again.
That’s why throughout the week we’ll be celebrating the power of creativity, conversation, movement, culture, peer support and shared experiences. Whether it’s joining a wellbeing group, trying something new, meeting others who “get it”, or just taking one small step towards support — every action counts.
Mental health can affect anyone, at any time. But nobody should feel they have to face things alone.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, maybe the goal isn’t to have everything figured out.
Maybe it’s simply to pause, reconnect, and remember that support, hope and brighter moments can still exist — even during difficult times.
And sometimes, one conversation really can change everything.
Mental health can affect anyone, at any time but no-one should feel they have to face things alone.
