ABOUT THIS SESSION
Eating Disorder Support Group
This supportive series explores recovery in a compassionate, realistic way — focusing on what actually helps people move forward.
Together, we’ll look at building self-compassion, developing a more neutral and respectful relationship with your body, and gently redefining what “healthy” really means for you.
We’ll also explore the role eating difficulties can play, helping you better understand your own experiences without judgement.
Along the way, we’ll focus on celebrating small wins (because they matter more than you think) and reconnecting with your personal values to guide recovery in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
These workshops are non-clinical, open to people with or without a diagnosis, and welcoming to those already receiving clinical support.
