ABOUT THIS SESSION

Enjoy a relaxed autumn afternoon exploring holistic wellbeing, complementary therapies, readings and community stalls at Battlebridge Sports Centre.

Organised by Holistic Harmony Community Interest Company, the fair will raise funds for the Holistic Harmony project, run in partnership with Holistic Harmony CIC and Waythrough Community Connections.

Through the Community Wellbeing Hub in Merstham, the project gives people opportunities to explore gentle, supportive ways to reduce stress, build confidence, improve emotional wellbeing and feel more balanced in everyday life.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Drop in and explore at your own pace. There’ll be:

Holistic therapy tasters • Tarot & crystal readings • Stalls • Raffle • Refreshments

Entry is free, and you’re welcome to stay for as much or as little of the event as you like – there is a free workshop at 1.00pm.

There is also the option to join in with a sound bath and meditation session at 4.00pm, for £5 which goes towards the fundraising total!
