ABOUT THIS SESSION
Do you ever find yourself rescuing others, blaming, or feeling powerless in your relationships?
The Drama Triangle is a simple but powerful way of understanding the roles we can slip into when situations become stressful or emotionally challenging.
Over this two-week interactive workshop, we’ll explore the roles of Victim, Rescuer and Persecutor, why these patterns develop, and how they can affect the way we communicate and relate to others.
Most importantly, we’ll look at practical ways to recognise when you’re getting caught in the triangle — and how to step out of the pattern and change the dynamic.
You’ll come away with greater awareness of your own responses, along with useful tools for developing healthier boundaries, communication and relationships.
Both sessions form part of the same workshop, so please book only if you can attend both dates.
WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS
Anyone who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 16.
HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN
We use the video chat service called Zoom. We can help you set this up, you don’t need to do anything now.
