ABOUT THIS SESSION
Men’s Group is a safe, supportive and confidential space for men to meet in person and talk openly about life, mental health, and the challenges we face — without judgement.
These sessions offer a chance to share experiences, hear from others, build connection, and explore practical coping strategies in a relaxed and respectful environment.
The group is confidential and what is shared stays in the room. We ask everyone to respect each other’s privacy by not sharing personal stories outside the group.
The sessions are supported by experienced staff, who are available if anything discussed feels difficult or emotionally triggering. We can also offer signposting to further support if needed.
This group exists because many men find it harder to talk about how they’re feeling — but you don’t have to carry things alone.
Everyone is welcome.
WHO CAN JOIN THESE SESSIONS
Any male who lives in Surrey and is over the age of 16.
HOW THE SESSIONS ARE RUN
Face-to-face with our friendly facilitators at Wingfield, with complimentary refreshments.
