ABOUT THIS SESSION
You don’t have to tell your story to begin healing
Have you experienced difficult or overwhelming life events?
Do you find yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or constantly on alert?
Whether your experiences are recent or from many years ago, this workshop is designed to help you better understand your responses, strengthen your coping skills, and support your wellbeing.
This welcoming, trauma-informed workshop offers a safe and supportive space to understand how trauma affects the mind and body and to learn practical skills that can help you feel more grounded, calm, and resilient.
Over three sessions, you’ll explore:
• Understanding the nervous system and trauma responses (fight, flight, freeze)
• Recognising triggers and emotional flashbacks
• Grounding and emotional regulation techniques
• Self-compassion and healthy boundaries
• Developing your own personalised coping plan
There is no expectation to share personal trauma or difficult experiences.
The focus is on learning practical coping skills in a compassionate environment where you are always free to participate at your own pace.
