ABOUT THIS SESSION
Drop in for a relaxed, friendly evening of creative wellbeing with free arts and crafts, supportive conversation and connection.
These sessions are open to adults aged 16+ and offer a welcoming, informal space to pause, switch off from the world for a while, and enjoy getting creative at your own pace. You do not need any experience, and there is no pressure to be “good” at art — it is all about taking part, trying something simple and enjoying a bit of time for yourself.
The venue is fully air-conditioned, with free parking and free refreshments available. Just drop in and allow a few extra minutes to sign in.
Free to attend. All adults 16+ welcome.
