Our volunteers are an essential part of our organisation and the support we provide, using their incredibly valuable experience to give back to the East Surrey community in a variety of areas.
Volunteering can also be extremely valuable for the wellbeing of the individual, helping to:
- Further develop skills and build experience in a desired area
- Improve mental wellbeing through increased connection with others and a sense of fulfilment
- Build confidence and experience in a flexible way ahead of formal employment
